Year 9 Mini Tennis Tournament

On Monday, students from Year 9 PASS (Physical Activity and Sports Studies) wrapped up their tennis unit with a mini tennis tournament.

The group paired into doubles groups and honed their studies of serving, volleys, forehand/backhand game and communication to play off against each other.

The semi finals saw Tali and Nathan beat Salesi and Scholar and Mason and Ross take out Jone and Qwinin. Mason and Ross then took the top place against Tali and Nathan, thanks, in no small part to Mason’s serve.
