HSC Minimum Standards

Under Education legislation, a minimum standard of literacy and numeracy will be required to receive the HSC certificate from 2020. Students in Year 10 2019 will have the opportunity to demonstrate the HSC minimum standard by taking new short online tests.

Year 10 students will be able to complete the online testston Friday, 9th August 2019.  Students will be directed to a computer lab during the Subject Selection Counselling Day and given their logon details when entering the lab.

To help prepare for the testing students may also go to the NESA website to view sample questions and answers as well as attempt the practice tests that are available online.
