Mental Heath Month: October 2022

October is Mental Health Month in Australia and the NSW Department of Education is encouraging everyone to tune in and make time each day to focus on their mental health and wellbeing.

The statewide theme of Mental Health Month is Tune In “to what is happening within you, and in the world around you."

Connection Calendars

Connection Calendars have daily suggestions to help connect everyone to positive mental health and wellbeing strategies. There are dedicated calendars for:

• young people
• children
• families
• staff (staff access only)

As Mental Health Month starts mid-way through the term break, the calendar has been expanded to start early and cover the whole school holidays through to the end of October.
